Hyperr Volt is a subscription-based Influencer Marketing SaaS platform that provides influencer discovery, analytics, and campaign management tools to Brands and Agencies.
By purchasing a subscription on Hyperr Volt, you agree to this policy.

Subscription-Based Service Model
Hyperr Volt operates strictly as a software subscription platform.
We provide:
- Influencer discovery tools
- Analytics and audience insights
- Campaign management dashboard
- Reporting tools
- Account management features
We do not:
- Process influencer campaign payments
- Hold or transfer funds between users
- Act as an escrow or financial intermediary
- Guarantee campaign results
All subscription fees are paid solely for access to the software platform.

Subscription Fees
- All subscription fees must be paid in advance.
- Plans may be monthly or annual, depending on the selected package.
- Pricing details are available on https://hyperrvolt.com.
- Taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the subscriber.

No Refund Policy (Digital SaaS Services)
Due to the nature of digital software services:
- All payments are non-refundable once processed.
- We do not provide refunds for partial usage.
- We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods.
- Failure to use the platform does not qualify for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with campaign results does not qualify for a refund.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Free Trial (If Offered)
- No charges apply during the trial period.
- Billing begins automatically after the trial ends (if payment details were provided).
- Users must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
- Once a paid subscription begins, the No Refund Policy applies.

Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by:
- Logging into their account.
- Navigating to the Billing or Subscription section.
- Selecting “Cancel Subscription”.
After cancellation:
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made.
- No prorated refunds will be issued.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate transaction.
- Incorrect billing due to system error.
- Verified unauthorized transaction.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment and are subject to internal verification.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback without first contacting support:
- The account may be immediately suspended.
- Access to the platform may be permanently terminated.
- Hyperr Volt reserves the right to recover any associated chargeback fees.
We strongly encourage users to contact support before initiating disputes with payment providers.

Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Remaining subscription time will be forfeited.

Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved under eligible circumstances:
- It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Limitation of Liability
Hyperr Volt shall not be liable for:
- Campaign performance issues
- Influencer non-performance
- Brand collaboration disputes
- Business losses resulting from platform usage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent subscription period.

Hyperr Volt reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on https://hyperrvolt.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
